This is an analysis in onion-layer form that helped clearly identify the ownership of a home. The defendant had deeded said home to a company he controlled in an attempt to avoid taxes and it’s eventual seizure. To further obfuscate the ownership, the holding company was controlled by a different out-of-state entity, which the defendant also owned.
