Whose license is it anyway?
This is one facet of a large scheme to defraud patients and Medicare using a license for an exclusive chemical/pharmaceutical compound. The defendant ‘sold’ his rights to the intellectual property through multiple fake companies to hide the ownership, then ‘purchased’ the license using another company he owned. This company collected fees from laboratories for use of the license as well as multiple layers of royalties. It was a quadruple dipped scheme with sprinkles on top.
